The invoice will be e-mailed within 24 hours and can be mailed in with a cashier's check or money order in U.S. funds (made out to Jill Adler). Item(s) will be reserved for one week following your order.

How is my credit card information protected?

When you submit your order it is protected by SSL (note the lock on the bottom of your browser screen) so that all information transmitted is secure. If you prefer not to send credit card information over the internet, you may also choose to pay via cashier's check or money order.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Webstore orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will receive an e-mail when your payment is received and another e-mail letting you know when your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at: customerservice@jillsjewelry.net . You may return the item(s) in original, unaltered, condition within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. The item(s) must be mailed back with insurance. Custom orders are not refundable.
